HEALTH COACHING*
One-on-one consulting service in which a coach provides support to help you achieve your health goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, create healthy habits, or improve movement, the coach will create a program tailored to your needs and provide you with the advice and accountability that you need to succeed.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT
We will perform a series of mobility and/or fitness tests based on your goals to identify your strengths and weaknesses and help set attainable health and fitness goals.
Height / Weight / Body composition
Vertical and Horizontal Jump Testing
Sports timing (40-yard dash, Pro-agility test, etc)
Mobility Testing / Movement Assessment
Cardiovascular Testing (55+)
Strength Testing
* Must be an active member of one of our fitness classes or be enrolled in a personal training program
