What is Open Gym?

Monday-Thursday - 11:00-1:00pm, 4:00-7:00pm
Goals of Open Gyms:
Make up a missed workout
Extra time to work on some new skills and practice other skills at your own pace
Extra space to spread out during workout
Freedom to work on your training goals
Guidelines for Open Gym:
Must sign-up for a designated time slot
If there is another class or personal training session going on then they have precedent on equipment and space needed
*Must be 16 years or older to attend Open Gym unless supervised by an adult member.
