Our program is for all sports, ages, and experience levels! It is designed to improve power, strength, mobility, flexibility, speed, and agility for athletes.

Evaluation

At Potential Plus, we strongly believe that every team is unique, with its own set of strengths, weaknesses and goals. Hence, we understand that there is no one-size-fits-all training program when it comes to developing teams. To help teams reach their full potential, we have a dedicated team of highly qualified coaches who can design a comprehensive training program that is personalized to the specific needs and goals of each team. By working closely with a team, our coaches can identify areas that require improvement, and develop a training program that emphasizes the right skills and strategies needed to reach peak performance. With our tailored approach, teams can expect to see faster results and a greater level of success, as they build on their unique strengths and abilities.

On-Site (at Potential Plus) Team Training

Includes: 1-2 days/week of 60-minute sessions, customized programming, use of our facility and equipment

Pricing: varies on number of participants

Programming

Includes: 1-5 days of per week, in-person program introduction, check-ins throughout the month
