STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

For the Middle and High School athletes of region, Potential Plus Sports Performance offers on-field speed, agility, strength, and power fundamentals training. Each athlete's class is filled with movement, strength, injury prevention, and mobility. On-field speed and agility develop sprint mechanics, multi-directional speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness. Weight room and strength training is designed to help each individual athlete based on the specifics of their sport. Every athlete becomes ready to be challenged both physically and mentally and take their skill set to the next level.
