Tell us a little about yourself and when you joined Revved Up.

I joined Bootcamp after a bicep injury for recovery and eventually graduated to CrossFit.

What is your most memorable CrossFit experience?

I always have a good experience and great coaches.

Why did you try CrossFit/Bootcamp?

Injury recovery and to improve general health and fitness

What has been your biggest challenge or improvement?

The Olympic movements, they take a lot of coordination and practice.

What is your favorite workout?

The one that leaves me wiped out on the floor when I finish

What advice would you give a new member?

Keep coming to the workouts and scale according to your ability.
